Single-Parent Transportation Help to Maintain/ Secure Housing

Once a month we can help some qualified individuals with emergency resources to keep from losing housing, as a preventative measure. If you fit one or more of the criteria in the drop-down menu please fill out the form below. We will call you for more details if your situation fits the criteria and if resources are available. If we are unable to assist we can see if you qualify for other organizations that may be able to help and connect you. Applicants must be the legal guardian/ primary caregiver of a child, live in Oklahoma County and complete this online aplication in full to be considered.
Single-Parent Christmas Assistance Application

Miss Black Oklahoma, USA, Altered Minds Association, Inc., and Indigo Door Project Inc. are partnering to provide Christmas Assistance to single-parent families in need. If you are a single-parent family that has been referred to this link to fill out a Christmas Assistance Request form for December 2024, please fill out the form below ( For multiple children list all ages in the age field, Type thier first names, and type all their present information in the space given). While assistance is not guaranteed, we will strive to get your child’s desired items and be in contact if you are selected and your desired item can be sponsored. Applicants must be the legal guardian/ primary caregiver of the child you are applying for, live in Oklahoma County, and complete this online application in full to be considered.
