Our largest Full Event Sponsor yet! Miss Black Oklahoma, USA, and the Altered Minds Association hosted a Christmas party for 31 of our Indigo Children on December 17th, 2023. These phenomenal women made a home-cooked meal for the families, provided moms with self-care gifts, and had fun activities (decorating Christmas cookies, making ornaments, etc.). 33 children received presents as a result of this sponsorship.

The Miss Black Oklahoma USA Scholarship Pageant celebrates talent, achievement, and commitment to service. This organization is about empowering young women of color to develop the leadership skills, confidence, and network to achieve their biggest goals in life. As a preliminary competition to the Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant, it is our mission to provide a platform that enables women to make a positive impact in our home state of Oklahoma and across the country. We represent brilliance, beauty, and Black excellence. “The Miss Black USA Organization is the first and largest scholarship pageant for women of color, awarding over $500,000 in scholarships.
